an introduction
So, who is this Dr. Kyle, you might be asking?
Rather than give you a boring list of “things I’ve done and accomplished,” let’s chat about how I found myself working in the way that I do, which I feel is unique in a few ways. I am a Chiropractor, a Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Pregnancy Health Coach, labor and birth doula, birth consultant, and maybe even a few more things.
Since I began my career, my experiences along the way have been surrounded around the pregnancy and pediatric population; some of it has been purposeful, and some of, well, simply happened. As I began working with pregnant families in an office, home, and hospital setting, I quickly began to notice gaps in care and information that was being received by pregnant families.

The information they were getting from their other providers was simply lacking, and I couldn’t understand it. Why, in quite possibly the most important part of the creation of another life, was proper planning left by the wayside? Why wasn’t there more nutrition conversations? Why wasn’t there proper guidance about what labor looks and feels like? Why weren’t options offered or not discussed at all?! There were so many more questions, but I felt that it had to be better than this.
To make a long story short, filling in the gaps in care, information, planning, and support felt necessary to me. Therefore, I began gaining more and more knowledge in as many areas and techniques that spoke to me as possible. Adding Craniosacral Therapy, then more birth knowledge and training, then health coaching, cooking, nutrition, recipe creation, birth planning and consulting in order to provide families with an all-encompassing model to give them the pregnancy experience they deserve.
